A recognized figure in project management, Dr. Rajagopalan has contributed significantly to PMI Best Practice Guides and PMBOK v7. His expertise was honored with the Eric Jenett PMI Excellence Award in 2017 and a nomination for the Kerzner Process Excellence in 2012.

Adam Sandman, the Founder and CEO of Inflectra, is an occasional instructor on Inflectra Campus, and focuses on growing the product adoption among customers and partners. With his extensive experience in software development and project management, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to his courses. His expertise, honed through years of leading Inflectra and previous roles, enables him to offer valuable learning experiences that help Inflectra users leverage the full potential of our products.
Dr. Denis Markovtsev, a Principal Software Developer at Inflectra, is a key figure in the development of the Rapise test automation platform. His academic credentials are exceptional, with an MA in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Mathematics. With two decades of experience in the IT industry, Dr. Markovtsev focuses on compilers, development environments, software verification, and testing. At Inflectra, he has been instrumental in advancing research on AI technologies, new methodologies in software test automation.
Dr. Alexey Grinevich is a Software Developer at Inflectra. He is one of the creators of the Rapise test automation platform. He holds an MA in computer science and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics. He has work in the IT industry for the past 25 years in areas such as computer languages, runtime debuggers and more. For the last ten years, the major interest is in software test automation. At Inflectra, Dr. Grinevich is responsible for researching the emerging trends, tools, technologies, and lately AI. His special interest is legacy APIs and desktop system testing.
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Products, Simon is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of Inflectra’s suite of products. He also manages Inflectra's customer support teams to ensure high level of users and customer satisfaction. Simon holds an M.A. from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. in Political, Social and Medical Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Simon has worked for Inflectra since 2015, and is an avid technologist who routinely works with local coder groups to promote careers in the tech.
Teresa Langston brings over 15 years of experience as an engineer and project manager across manufacturing, telecom, and IT sectors to her role at Inflectra. As a Senior Account Manager focused on customers in regulated industries, Teresa has been a key part of the Inflectra since 2019. She leverages her extensive knowledge of Inflectra's products to empower customers through training sessions and instructional videos. Teresa's interests include knitting, cooking, traveling, and walks with her dog, Bree.
Meet the Administrators of Inflectra Campus
Audrey Marcum is a Strategic Partner Manager at Inflectra Corporation. With over four years of experience in customer-facing roles and one year in project management at The Smithsonian Associates, she has garnered skills in relationship building, cross-functional collaboration and creative problem solving. Audrey has a BA in Philosophy and Public Affairs at The George Washington University. At Inflectra, Audrey has helped build and maintain a successful Partner Program and manages ongoing initiatives to provide Inflectra partners with the resources they need to excel. Currently, she supports partners in the NA and EMEA with the goal to expand and grow sustainably together.
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Head of Business Development at Inflectra, Thea plays a pivotal role in steering the company's growth and strategic direction. She leads on all business development initiatives, strategic messaging, sales methodologies, and marketing. Thea holds an M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University and a B.A. in Philology, which equipped her with a profound understanding of international affairs and communication strategies.
With a tenure of over 20 years in program, budget, staff, and partnership management, Thea's expertise extends beyond her professional commitments.
As the Director of Global Alliances at Inflectra, Jessica leads the global partnership team and develops partnership strategies. Her role is crucial in fostering and strengthening key partnerships within the Inflectra technology ecosystem, ensuring a synergistic and collaborative environment for growth. Jessica's holds an MA in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, and a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, providing her with a solid foundation in analytical and empathetic leadership. With 20 year experience in public policy and government, Jessica is a key member of Inflectra Campus management team.
